Cancellation & Return Policy

Cancellation Policy for Products

Eligible Cancellations:

1. Before Shipping: You can cancel your order before it has been shipped.
2. Service Timing Issues: If our Panditji is unable to reach before the specified Muhurattimings and the service cannot be rescheduled.

Non-Eligible Cancellations:

1. After Shipping: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
2. Special Offers and Combos: Items sold under special offers, combos, sets, or hampers cannot be canceled individually.
3. Puja Items: Opened or used puja items cannot be canceled.
4. Performed Services: If our Panditji has arrived and the puja has been performed, the order cannot be canceled.


Return Policy

Eligible Returns:

1. Faulty or Defective Items: If you receive a faulty or defective item.
2. Physically Damaged Items: If the item arrives physically damaged.
3. Incorrect Description: If the item is different from the description on the website.
4. Service Timings: If our Panditji arrives after your specified Muhurat timings and the puja was not performed according to the confirmed Muhurat.

Non-Eligible Returns:

1. Used or Soiled Items: Items that have been used, consumed, washed, or soiled.
2. Special Offers and Combos: Items sold under special offers, combos, sets, or hampers cannot be returned or replaced individually.
3. Opened Puja Items: Opened puja items cannot be returned if you are not satisfied with them, as they cannot be resold.
4. Performed Services: If our Panditji arrives after the specified Muhurat timings, but the puja was performed.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Original Condition: Items must be in their original condition.
2. Reporting Period: Complaints must be reported to our customer care center within 7 working days of receiving the damaged item.
3. Tags and Packaging: Only unused, unaltered, and unsoiled items with their original tags will be accepted. Brand packaging should be intact.
4. Refunds: If the item value is less than Rs. 5000, the amount will be refunded.
5. Branded Items: For specific branded items, the brand’s policy on repairs, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations will apply.
6. Replacements: Replacements will be made based on the availability of the item on the website.
